1. Transcript of records in English or Bulgarian, certified by an authorized institution Bachelor’s studies or Diploma of Bachelor’s Degree
2. Proficient in English language: TOEFL(IBT) Min 65/ Cambridge ESOL FCE, B, C/CAE Min 45/ IELTS Min 5.5 overall score/ PTE Academics Min 55/ PTE General Level 3 / Passing an exam at Free Varna University (unless prior education was in English).
3. A document issued by a competent body certifying the applicant’s eligibility to continue his/her studies in higher educational institutions in the country in which he/she has completed his/her secondary education.
4. Medical Reference. The document should be issued no earlier than one month prior to submitting the application documents to Free Varna University.
5. An official document issued by an accredited body certifying the applicant’s right to pursue their studies at higher education institutions in the country where secondary education was obtained. This document might be issued by the secondary school the applicant graduated from. It must contain the following text: “The education received gives the right to the applicant to continue his/her studies in higher education institutions in (Country of the school).

Следните документи трябва да бъдат събрани от студентите, преди да кандидатстват за разрешение за пребиваване:
• Попълнен формуляр за кандидатстване за виза
• Две (2) снимки паспортен формат (стандартен размер - 45 мм височина и 35 мм ширина)
• Валиден паспорт или друг актуален документ за пътуване
• Полицейско разрешение за доказване на чисто съдебно досие
• Писмо за прием, издадено от университета в България
• Доказателство за финансови средства
• Пътни и здравни застраховки
• Провеждане на интервю в Българското посолство
• Мотивационно писмо, което посочва защо искате да учите в България

Като чуждестранен студент в България, вие имате право да работите на непълен работен ден по време на обучението си. Студентите от страни извън ЕС трябва да изискат разрешение за работа, което да представят пред своя работодател. Студентите могат да работят на непълен работен ден с ограничение до максимум 20 часа седмично.
